Privacy policy
How ESR handles the information you share on this website.
What we collect
When you contact us, take the color quiz or enroll, we collect the information you enter in the form: name, email address, and, if you choose to share them, phone number, city and state, social media handle, background and message.
We also record your approximate location (city, state and country), estimated from your IP address, to understand where our visitors come from. We do not store your IP address.
Why we collect it
We use it only to answer your request, send you your quiz results and information about the ESR School of Color programs, deliver your training and ship your kit. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We do not sell or rent your information.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information for up to three years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Cookies and third parties
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are hosted on our own server. Payments are handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your information, or stop receiving emails, by replying to any of our emails or writing to us through the contact form.
