These terms apply to all purchases on this website.
Seller
Programs are sold by ESR PARIS, 10 rue Talma, 75016 Paris, France (the "School").
Programs and prices
Prices are shown in US dollars and include the draping kit and its shipping to a US address where stated. Color Essentials: $297. ESR Certified Color Analyst: $3,900 or 6 monthly payments of $690. Paris Master Certification: $6,900 or 6 monthly payments of $1,200. Travel and accommodation for the Paris practice days are not included.
Payment
Payment is made online by card through Stripe. When choosing a payment plan, you authorize the School to charge the agreed installments on the scheduled dates. Your place is confirmed once the first payment is received.
Access
Access to online course content and class recordings is provided for 24 months from your start date. Live masterclasses take place on the dates announced for your cohort.
Draping kit
The kit is shipped to the address you provide before the draping module. It becomes your property once the program is paid in full.
14-day guarantee
For the ESR Certified Color Analyst and Paris Master programs: if within 14 days of your program start you decide not to continue, notify us by email and return the kit unused and complete. You will be refunded in full within 14 days of receiving the kit. Color Essentials can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if less than 30% of the content has been viewed.
Paris practice days
Paris dates are announced each season. You may choose any available session within 12 months of completing the online program. If the School must cancel a session, you will be offered another date or a refund of the Paris portion.
Certificate
The ESR Certified Color Analyst certificate is awarded after passing the final evaluation. It is a private school certificate and not a state license.
Intellectual property
Course content, the ESR Personal Color Analysis® method and all materials are the property of ESR. They are for your personal professional use and may not be shared, resold or reproduced.
